This recipe uses the following spices:

Shrimp Creole


2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Cajun Creole Seasoning
2 cups canned tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. shrimp


In a saucepan heat the butter and oil. Add Cajun Creole Seasoning. Sauté quickly, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes or until cooked. Serve over rice or polenta.
