This recipe uses the following spices:

White Wine Court Bouillon

Ingredients:

1 quart water
1 quart dry white wine
1 Tbsp. salt
2 carrots, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Sarawak White Peppercorns
2 The Spice Hunter Whole Penang Cloves
1 The Spice Hunter Bouquet Garnis

Preparation:

Simmer all ingredients for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve. Use when poaching fish or as a base for sauces.
