This recipe uses the following spices:

Zippy Chicken

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
2 chicken legs with thighs
2 Tbsp. light oil
1 cup dry white wine
½ cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter The Zip Blend
3 egg yolks
¼ cup sour cream

Preparation:

In a wide frying pan, over medium heat, brown chicken in oil. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels. Pour off oil in pan. Add wine, chicken broth and The Zip to the frying pan. Add chicken, cover, simmer 45 minutes, until tender. remove chicken, cool. Save broth in pan. Remove meat from chicken bones. Set aside. Beat yolks in a small bowl. Gradually add 2-3 Tbsp. hot broth to yolks. Stir to blend. Slowly pour the sauce in a steady stream into the broth. Cool on low heat until slightly thickened. remove pan from heat and blend in sour cream. Return chicken meat and heat through. Serve with avocado.
