This recipe uses the following spices:

Basil Salmon


4 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup white wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. honey
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Fresh at Hand Basil
black pepper to taste
1 lb. salmon (steaks, or fillets)


Sauté garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except salmon, and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add salmon to the pan, reduce heat to low, spoon sauce over top and cover until salmon is flaky, about 10 minutes. Pour remaining sauce over salmon and serve.
