This recipe uses the following spices:

Chai Moon Tea


5 cups water
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Whole Penang Cloves (about 40)
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter India Fennel
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Whole Jamaican Allspice
1 The Spice Hunter Madagascar Vanilla Bean, cut up
3 Tbsp. honey


In a saucepan, combine water, cloves, fennel, allspice, and vanilla bean. Cover and simmer for 40-50 minutes. Pour through a strainer and stir in honey. Serve warm.
