This recipe uses the following spices:

Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

3 cups (18 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Pure Vanilla Extract
Flaked coconut, chocolate sprinkles, or chopped nuts


Preparation:

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and milk at 50% power about one minute, stir well. Repeat until all chips are fully melted and mixture is smooth. Do not heat too rapidly as chocolate will burn easily. Stir in vanilla. Put mixture in refrigerator until it is firm enough to handle (1-2 hours). Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in coconut, sprinkles, or nuts.
