This recipe uses the following spices:

Creamy Sage Pasta Sauce


¾ cup sour cream
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Rubbed Dalmatian Sage
¼ cup Marsala wine
1¼ cups asparagus tips
½ cup chopped walnuts
grated Parmesan for garnish


Combine sour cream and heavy whipping cream in bowl. Set bowl in a larger bowl of hot water to allow cream mixture to reach room temperature. Pour cream into saute pan, warm on low heat. Add sage and marsala, let simmer 5-10 minutes. Add asparagus and walnuts. Simmer antoher 5-10 minutes to warm asparagus through. Toss with cooked pasta. Garnish with grated Parmesan, if desired.
