This recipe uses the following spices:

Infused Whipped Cream


32 oz. heavy whipping cream
1 cup The Spice Hunter Mulling Spices
3 Tbsp. sugar


Combine heavy whipping cream and mulling spice in large plastic or glass container. Cover and chill for 24 hours. Strain, discard mulling spices, add sugar, and whip to desired consistency. If using a charged cream whipper, use powdered sugar or follow user guide accordingly.
