This recipe uses the following spices:

Penne Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup minced carrots
1 cup diced yellow onions
3 minced garlic cloves
½ cup diced green bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef
½ cup dry red wine
2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes in juice
¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Fine Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Italian Seasoning
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
5 cups cooked penne pasta

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sauté onion in oil in a large skillet. Stir in garlic, carrots, and bell pepper. Add beef and cook unil browned. Stir in wine, simmer a few minutes, then add tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Simmer 5-6 minutes. Spread pasta over bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour sauce evenly over pasta, making sure pasta is covered. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
