This recipe uses the following spices:

Pineapple Fried Rice


3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cups cooked shrimp
1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Thai Seasoning
4 cups jasmine rice, cooked and chilled
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
2 eggs, scrambled
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce


Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet. Add onions, shrimp, bell pepper and Thai seasoning. Cook until shrimp are heated through. Add remaining oil, rice, pineapple, eggs, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Cook on high, stirring frequently until there is no remaining liquid.
