This recipe uses the following spices:

Roast Rub


2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. coarse salt
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter 100% Organic Minced Onion
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter French Tarragon or 100% Organic Tarragon


Pre-blend ingredients in a bowl and rub onto a roast weighing approximately 5 pounds. Cooking suggestion: bake at 350°F until desired doneness. Assume about 20 minutes per pound for a medium rare roast. Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
