This recipe uses the following spices:

Dill and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Fresh at Hand Spring Salad Mix
2 Tbsp. warm water
2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1 cup sour cream
4 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

In a small dish combine Fresh at Hand Spring Salad Mix with water and vinegar, set aside. Place sliced cucumbers in colander in sink. Sprinkle with about 2 teaspoons salt and toss and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse cucumbers and gently squeeze out excess water. In a bowl, fold cucumbers, Fresh at Hand Spring Salad mixture, and sour cream together. Chill until ready to serve.
