This recipe uses the following spices:

Lemon Garlic Asparagus


1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch fresh asparagus (about 1 lb.)
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Granulated California Garlic
¼ of a fresh lemon
salt to taste, if desired
The Spice Hunter Sesame Seeds


Wash asparagus and snap off tough ends. Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add asparagus and sprinkle with garlic and salt, if desired. Cook, turning asparagus occasionally, about 10 minutes or until bright green and cooked to desired doneness. Squeeze lemon juice over asparagus, sprinkle with sesame seeds is desired and serve.
