This recipe uses the following spices:

Garlic Herb Tuna Salad with Apricots


2 (6oz.) cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
1 tsp. ground The Spice Hunter Garlic Herb Sensation Grinder, plus more to taste


Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Use as a refreshing sandwich filling, to top fresh salad greens or serve on crackers as an appetizer.
