This recipe uses the following spices:

Mango Salsa


1 1/2 cups diced mango
½ cup diced pineapple or canned tidbits
¼ cup diced red onion
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter California Parsley Leaves
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Key Lime Pepper, plus more to taste
juice of 1 lime
¼ tsp. salt, if desired


Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Use as an appetizer with tortilla chips or serve with grilled meats.
