This recipe uses the following spices:

Cajun Seafood Soup


1 large yellow onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
4 cups vegetable broth
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 (28oz) can or 2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter California Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Cajun Creole Seasoning Blend
1 lb. seafood, such as clams, scallops, shrimp or mussels


In a large stockpot, sauté onion, bell pepper and celery in butter over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add seafood and continue simmering until cooked as desired.
