This recipe uses the following spices:

Cranberry Chutney


12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
¾ cup water
1 large apple, chopped
2 The Spice Hunter Whole Indonesian Cinnamon Sticks
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Ginger
pinch of The Spice Hunter Ground Madagascar Cloves


Bring ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 3 cups.
