Peppered Whiskey Glaze
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup whiskey
2 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Salt Free Garlic Pepper Blend
Combine pineapple juice, whiskey, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick. Remove from heat and stir in Garlic Pepper. Use as a glaze for grilled meats, poultry, fish and vegetables.
