This recipe uses the following spices:

Sweet & Smoky Kettle Corn


¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup popcorn kernels
1/3 cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
1¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Smoked Paprika


Pour oil into a heavy pot and add a few popcorn kernels (for testing temperature). Heat over medium-high until test kernels pop, then add remaining kernels, sugar, salt and smoked paprika, stirring to combine. Cover pot and continue cooking, shaking pan frequently. Once popping sounds are less frequent, remove pot from heat and immediately pour popcorn into a large bowl, stirring to ensure evenly distributed flavor. If desired, sprinkle with additional smoked paprika for a stronger flavor. If not eating right away, once cooled, place in a plastic zip-top bag.
